2021 R&M Stables Horse Show Team
What is a show team? A show team is a group of riders who attend shows together to develop horsemanship and team camaraderie in a competitive setting. We are a competitive team with the goal of furthering our horsemanship while gaining lifelong friendships. All riders participating with the show team will be required to be enrolled in riding lessons at R&M stables in addition to participation with the team. For Session 1, this means riders need to be enrolled in lessons from March (when our regular semesters begin) through June. For Session 2, riders need to be enrolled from July through November.
What to expect? Members of the 2021 show team can expect monthly team meetings. These will be run clinicstyle for 2 hours per meeting, with emphasis on specific riding goals at each meeting. Lessons will consist of mock showing, large group clinics, and small group intensives, depending on the month and team needs. Members can also expect the opportunity to show once monthly, either virtually, a live on-site show, or a live off-site show, from March-November.
What will it cost? Our 2021 team will have two sessions.
